In April 2005, the company was established in Zigong City, Sichuan Province, China, engaged in cemented carbide production, a state-owned enterprise

In 2006, the company was awarded the title of Star Enterprise of Cemented Carbide Material Production in Zigong City

In 2009, the company completed its reorganization and changed from a state-owned enterprise to a Legal representative company

In 2011,The company began to introduce production lines in Germany and Switzerland, further strengthening the production quality control standards

In 2012, the company passed the international ISO quality system certification, obtained export qualification in the same year, and started export business.

In 2014, the company developed high-performance materials CW05X and CW30C suitable for metal and woodworking processing

In 2015, the company was approved by the government for the construction of a new plant, and the plant scale was expanded to 25,000 square meters. 120 employees and technical employees

In September 2018, the company participated in the "Excellent Enterprise Going Abroad" Chicago Tool Show organized by the Ministry of Economy and Trade.

In May 2019, the company participated in the EMO exhibition in Hannover, Germany, further opening up the European market
